Little Dell Garden

Left tired and trampled by building works, the Little Dell Garden needed lots of attention to bring it back to life.
The clients wanted a new lawn, informal borders with naturalistic planting and some new seating areas for entertaining and relaxing. Three fruit trees at varying degrees of crookedness were the only plants that were to be nurtured and incorporated into the design. Borders and a brick patio were built to sweep around these existing trees, creating seclusion and interest in this small East London plot.
