Town Garden, SE16

This town garden is nestled within a quiet row of modern terraces near the Biscuit Factory in South London. The client wanted the featureless, weed-ridden garden transformed into an informal haven for insects with tall, naturalistic planting in sweeping borders. Sandstone setts are used for the hard landscaping which is kept simple and understated to allow the planting to become the key feature in the garden. The black boundaries help to create a sense of depth in this small space.
